About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Externally deliver and present programs to groups ranging from a few people to hundreds, from in-person to virtual settings and from small events to national keynotes
  • Act as a subject matter expert on programs and communicate and promote insights to home office partners, in-field interactions, social channels, media, and press outlets
  • Translate client needs and business objectives into compelling content and programs for financial professionals
  • Conduct discovery and research with internal and external inputs to create unique and proprietary insights
  • Work with a cross-functional working team and creative agency to bring insights to life in a relevant and compelling way
  • Train associates on key messages, positioning, and core content for broader, scaled delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 10+ years of total relevant work experience
  • Extensive and professional-level presentation skills to audiences of all sizes and levels across organizations
  • Strong knowledge of financial services industry, and experience working with financial professionals
  • Proven success in developing content and programs that are differentiated and impactful
  • Experience in leading research efforts
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders to create buy in and influence change
  • Ability to travel approx. 50% of time
  • FINRA series 7 and 63, CFP preferred
  • FINRA licenses are not required
