About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to transaction execution, exit strategy development and value creation across a portfolio of renewable energy investments
- Build, review and maintain financial models, valuations and transaction analyses
- Support transaction and sale processes, including planning, due diligence and process coordination
- Analyse market conditions, exit alternatives and value-creation opportunities
- Prepare presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams, external advisers and other transaction stakeholders throughout divestment processes
- Support transaction documentation, negotiations, signing and deal execution
- Contribute to portfolio valuations, fund-performance analysis and investor reporting
- Improve tools, processes and ways of working across the divestment team
- Support other investment and portfolio-related projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant university degree, for example in finance, economics, business or engineering
- Relevant experience gained through internships, university projects or work in finance, M&A, private equity, consulting or renewable energy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in financial modelling and valuation
- Good Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different countries and functions
- Strong communication skills, including presenting complex information clearly in English, in writing and presentations
- Comfort using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude
- Collaborative mindset and high integrity
- Genuine interest in renewable energy and the energy transition
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English
- Strong academic record
