About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Demonstrate Tacto's findings in prospects' or customers' spend, suppliers, and parts data
  • Build data pipelines, agents, and custom logic on top of the Tacto platform using production data
  • Run workshops with buyers and key users
  • Debug alongside customers' IT teams
  • Observe real-world procurement processes
  • Convert repeated customer solutions into product functionality
  • Drive solutions through to revenue impact, not merely deployment
  • Automate repeatable work by building and validating agents
  • Participate in the interview process, including an on-site case and team meeting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience building software, automations, agents, or technical projects used by real users
  • Daily experience building with AI, including Cursor, Claude, Codex, and agents
  • Experience building with LLMs against real, messy data
  • Working-level SQL and Python, or willingness to develop these skills quickly with AI leverage
  • Ability to thrive with incomplete requirements, undocumented data, and conflicting stakeholders
  • Ability to explain technical decisions clearly, handle pushback, and avoid over-promising
  • Native-level German
  • Fluent English
  • Based in Munich
  • Willingness to travel across DACH
  • Availability to work 3–5 days from the Munich office
  • Legally authorized to work in Germany
