About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support and guidance to accounting business owners enrolled in the program.
Assist with organizing in-person and online events and meetings.
Conduct one-on-one and group meetings to follow up with mentees.
Track goals and performance indicators, analyzing data to recommend improvements.
Serve as a liaison between mentees and AH Educação mentors, ensuring an excellent program experience.
Support community engagement management by encouraging productive interactions.
Assist in providing support to students in the Mentorship Program.
Contribute to the growth of business owners and the development of an engaged community.
