About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruit and grow a community of creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors across travel, premium lifestyle, and rewards
  • Cultivate and manage member relationships to keep the community engaged, valued, and active
  • Build and run the ambassador and affiliate program
  • Structure creator partnerships that create value for creators and Taekus
  • Create programming and experiences including dinners, meetups, AMAs, member spotlights, and branded online and offline events
  • Track trends, creators, and conversations across travel and rewards
  • Bring ecosystem insights to Marketing, Product, and Leadership
  • Help shape Taekus's authentic, credible, access-first community voice

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 5 years building and managing engaged online communities
  • Social and digital background with understanding of how communities grow and stay active
  • Understanding of social affiliate and creator marketing, including partnership structuring, tracking, and growth
  • Fluent in social and travel with deep understanding of points bookings
  • Entrepreneurial and comfortable building from the ground up
  • Existing network of creators, influencers, or community leaders is valuable
  • Experience creating content for social media, podcasts, newsletters, YouTube, or other community-driven channels is valuable
  • Experience organizing meetups, dinners, events, or conferences is valuable
  • Personal following or reputation in the travel, points, or creator space is valuable
  • Experience with financial services, fintech, travel, loyalty, or hospitality brands is valuable
  • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required to work in the United States
  • Must be available for an onsite interview in San Francisco, New York, Chicago, or Austin
