Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead delivery efforts for key military logistics programs
  • Work with software engineers and data scientists to define and deliver product capabilities for logistics and maintenance challenges
  • Analyze operational, maintenance, and supply chain data to inform product direction and maximize customer impact
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Prepare recurring project reports, communicate progress, and manage expectations with government and military partners
  • Travel periodically to customer locations for direct engagement, data collection, and on-site coordination
  • Translate operational needs into product features and data-driven capabilities
  • Combine hands-on sprint execution with strategic leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven program management experience in military logistics, aviation maintenance, or defense technology environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead small, technical teams through complex delivery cycles
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including reporting to government customers
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • PMP or equivalent program/project management certification (preferred)
  • Background as a military logistician, maintainer, or operational leader in the U.S. Armed Forces (preferred)
  • Familiarity with defense acquisition and contracting processes (preferred)
  • Understanding of military readiness, maintenance, and sustainment challenges (preferred)
