About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Scope and design IT solutions for Contact Centers, including computer networks, public/private cloud environments, firewalls, and Data Center solutions (DNS, WAF, and DHCP)
- Understand clients’ technical needs, identify the company’s solutions, and present their features and benefits
- Design implementation and planning solutions that ensure the robustness of production environments from an IT infrastructure architecture and cybersecurity perspective
- Assess and identify potential improvements in the production environment
- Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and tender documents, identifying requirements, sizing solutions according to technical specifications, and verifying compliance with each item in the terms of reference
- Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to develop solutions and enhance technical knowledge
- Participate in training and certification programs for solutions in the company’s portfolio
- Provide training on technical solutions developed by the architecture team to the sales team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Networking, or a related field
- Experience sizing and designing IT solutions for Contact Centers, including computer networks, public/private cloud environments, firewalls, and Data Center solutions (DNS, WAF, and DHCP)
- Experience planning and architecting solutions within the Fortinet ecosystem
- Experience with solutions within the Cloudflare ecosystem
- Experience working with third-party suppliers
- Experience preparing technical questions and responses for public tenders and RFPs
- Experience designing infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions
- Certifications related to Contact Center and Infrastructure solutions (NSE 1, NSE 2, NSE 3, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Visio
- English proficiency for emails, conversations, and calls is preferred
