About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and own structured data marts consolidating user, campaign, and partner signals
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines from raw inputs to model-ready features
Deliver model outputs to CRM and campaign execution systems
Ensure model decisions flow to downstream systems including HighTouch, CRM, and Voucher Hub
Establish schema governance, SLAs, and monitoring for integrations
Build and maintain campaign data infrastructure supporting ingestion, processing, and refreshed outputs
Implement monitoring, validation, and alerting for pipeline robustness and data accuracy
Investigate and resolve issues before they affect live campaigns
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, CRM partners, and product teams
Define schemas and ensure data is available in the right place at the right time

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data infrastructure role
Track record of building reliable pipelines at scale
Strong command of SQL and Python
Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines in Google BigQuery
Experience with Airflow or Dagster
Experience with dbt
Experience building and maintaining data marts
Familiarity with egress patterns, API integrations, and schema governance
Ability to translate data science requirements into engineering solutions
Ability to partner with CRM and product teams
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple pipelines
Ability to ensure data integrity across the engine
Nimble mindset and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business
Intellectual curiosity and investigative approach to data
