Key responsibilities & impact

Support data analysis of strategic initiatives aimed at optimising courier supply for the self-supporting contractor delivery model
Provide insights for short- and long-term tactical changes to courier supply strategy
Work with global markets, product, data science, analytics, and operations teams
Develop an effective toolset for directing and advancing courier supply to drive network performance and customer and restaurant experience
Help develop short-, medium-, and long-term strategy for supply-related opportunities
Provide product and data analytics teams with insights on courier supply opportunities
Support courier supply initiatives with data, insights, and recommendations
Frame business problems for the analytics team to investigate and collaborate on
Conduct post-data analysis for BAU business activities and experiments
Develop cohorts and analyse the current pool, including performance and lifetime metrics
Communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Collaborate with analyst communities and key stakeholders to drive global alignment and insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–4 years of experience in Business Analytics and Operations Strategy
Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
3–4 years of experience with SQL and Tableau (or another data visualization tool)
Good understanding of statistics and analytics methodologies
Ability to connect data with real-life operations
Ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities
Logical and solution-finding abilities
Knowledge of using data to identify optimisation opportunities and develop actionable insights
Strong reporting skills, including collecting, organising, analysing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Consent to disclosure of personal information for a background check
