Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or Risk Management
Professional experience in IT compliance, IT audits, and risk management in an industrial sector
Strong background in project and change management
Action-oriented, self-starting mindset with ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and influence stakeholders across the organization
Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, actively engaging with people, challenging existing processes, and taking ownership of outcomes
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
