About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain accurate product data, costing, pricing, and rebate information across multiple systems
- Process product cost and price updates while supporting margin and profitability goals
- Manage new product setup and ensure product information is complete and accurate
- Monitor and audit product data across ERP, PIM, and online sales channels
- Maintain product records, including SKU transitions and discontinued item management
- Analyze data and reporting to identify opportunities for process improvements and margin growth
- Serve as a key resource for Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing, and Category Management on product data and pricing questions
- Support Category Managers with reporting, analysis, competitive research, and special projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience within a distribution company
- Experience in a support, administrative, data management, or related role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and business systems
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Foodservice industry experience (preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, AutoQuotes, or product information management systems (preferred)
