About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work closely with business stakeholders, particularly users located in the United States, to understand their needs and objectives
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Define, refine, and prioritize tasks for development teams
- Support technical teams during the implementation phase by providing clarification and guidance on functional requirements
- Validate delivered solutions against business expectations and functional specifications
- Monitor requirements throughout the project lifecycle and resolve functional queries and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional analysis role
- Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts, processes, and related financial products
- Experience with Value at Risk (VaR) and Stress Testing
- Proven ability to analyze, define, and structure complex business requirements
- Experience working closely with software development teams in Agile and/or traditional project environments
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English level (minimum B2)
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders based in the United States
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable development requirements
