Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor, manage, and track processes executed through Control-M
Coordinate and execute functional testing activities, ensuring business requirements are met
Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams
Analyze functional incidents, coordinate investigations, and follow up on issue resolution
Provide operational support and validate deliverables before production releases
Coordinate activities related to enhancements, changes, and continuous improvement initiatives
Gather and understand business requirements, translating them into functional solutions
Ensure proper documentation of processes, test cases, and operational procedures
Support users during testing and implementation phases

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience working with Control-M in functional, operational, or support environments
Experience coordinating and executing functional testing activities
Strong understanding of batch processing, scheduling, and workflow monitoring
Solid knowledge of SQL Server and SQL querying
Basic knowledge of Python programming
Experience working directly with business users and technical teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
English: B2 minimum
