About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor, manage, and track processes executed through Control-M
- Coordinate and execute functional testing activities, ensuring business requirements are met
- Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams
- Analyze functional incidents, coordinate investigations, and follow up on issue resolution
- Provide operational support and validate deliverables before production releases
- Coordinate activities related to enhancements, changes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Gather and understand business requirements, translating them into functional solutions
- Ensure proper documentation of processes, test cases, and operational procedures
- Support users during testing and implementation phases
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience with Control-M, including test coordination and execution
- 6+ years of experience with SQL Server
- 3+ years of experience in Market Risk
- At least 1 year of experience with FVA processes
- Basic knowledge of Python
- English level: B2 or higher
- Experience coordinating and executing functional testing activities
- Strong understanding of batch processing, scheduling, and workflow monitoring
- Experience working with business users and technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
