About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the quality of critical systems by performing rigorous testing
Ensure high system availability and performance
Identify and resolve issues
Implement technological improvements and innovations
Collaborate with development teams and other departments
Ensure systems meet business requirements and contracted service levels
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
Create and maintain test cases
Log and track defects
Support the definition of acceptance criteria with the product team
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Perform testing in web, mobile, and API environments
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements
Document test evidence and prepare quality reports
Support test automation and integration with CI/CD pipelines
Identify opportunities to improve QA processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience with functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
REST API testing using Postman, Swagger, or Insomnia
Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
Experience with Git version control and GitHub/GitLab
Experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps
Basic knowledge of CI/CD and test integration into pipelines
Experience testing web and mobile applications
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or Java
Knowledge of QA best practices and acceptance criteria
Ability to create technical documentation and test evidence
