About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide N1/N2 support for SharePoint Online
  • Manage site permissions, access, and governance

  • Collaborate with the development team to implement system improvements and version updates

  • Provide end-user training on SharePoint best practices
  • Ensure data quality in SharePoint through regular audits, correction of inconsistencies, and maintenance of data governance policies
  • Perform basic SharePoint configurations and customizations
  • Support SharePoint integration with other corporate systems and tools
  • Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Previous experience providing systems support
  • Specific experience using SharePoint
  • Experience with SharePoint Online
  • Proficiency in permissions, groups, and access control
  • Experience with Power Automate
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, including script execution and basic automation
  • Experience with troubleshooting access, synchronization, and performance issues
  • Knowledge of Python is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with IT teams and end users
  • Analytical skills to diagnose problems and implement solutions
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently when required
