About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support and maintenance for Opt-in
Develop new projects and updates to improve the unit’s systems
Handle system-related requests
Propose projects, provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level analysts, and develop improvement strategies
Update systems in accordance with departmental guidelines, implementing improvements and fixes
Handle and resolve system-related incidents, maintaining at least 90% of SLAs within the agreed timeframe
Handle and resolve system-related requests, maintaining at least 90% of SLAs within the agreed timeframe
Develop system-related projects in collaboration with project teams
Implement new features and technological, business, or regulatory improvements
Identify improvement opportunities through interviews with business teams
Develop processes to support system improvements
Recommend and develop training programs for the department
Train internal clients on system interactions and functionality
Serve as the focal point for junior and mid-level analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Additional coursework in the field is preferred
Knowledge of the FHIR protocol
Solid and consistent experience in systems development
Experience working in a controlled testing and acceptance environment
Experience in hospitals, clinics, or health insurance providers is preferred
Experience building enterprise solutions using generative AI
Experience with FHIR
Proficiency in Node.js, .NET, React, Angular, and ASP.NET/WebForms
Knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle scripting
Knowledge of Azure DevOps
Experience with agent architecture, RAG, LLM response evaluation, observability, security, cost control, and AI governance
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
