About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the micro-design of workshops, learning programs and events, including learning objectives, session flows, activities, materials and timing
Propose methods, exercises and cases tailored to each client’s context and goals
Facilitate sessions in person and online, managing group dynamics and collaborative formats
Plan, manage and monitor project delivery
Coordinate faculty, client agendas and key stakeholders
Manage communications with participants, business leaders and suppliers
Proactively resolve project issues and ensure stakeholder alignment
Monitor progress against objectives and project economics
Identify opportunities to improve workflows through AI
Oversee logistics, platforms and learning tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4 years of experience in learning, corporate training or consulting, ideally including hands-on experience designing and facilitating learning experiences for corporate clients
Experience designing workshops, training programs or learning events, with concrete examples of work
Comfortable facilitating sessions and leading groups using participatory and collaborative methods
Solid project management experience in learning, education or innovation contexts
Exposure to corporate clients and structured program delivery
Comfortable managing budgets, timelines and multiple stakeholders
Active use of AI tools for planning, information synthesis, coordination and execution
Solid understanding of and genuine interest in AI and its business applications
Strong client management and communication skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders
Resilience, organisation and accountability in fast-paced environments
Native-level proficiency in Italian
Professional fluency in English
Based in Milan or able to easily reach Milan
