About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the quality and test automation reference within the squad
- Plan, develop, and enhance functional, regression, integration, and API test automation
- Promote a quality culture from refinement through delivery
- Support the definition, maintenance, and improvement of CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE teams
- Ensure the reliability of environments and the stability of automated test executions
- Participate in the squad’s Agile ceremonies
- Track quality and test automation metrics and KPIs
- Support the analysis of failures, incidents, and quality-related issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience as a Mid-Level/Senior QA professional, with a strong focus on test automation
- At least 3 years of experience in QA, including at least 2 years in test automation
- Experience with Playwright or similar tools
- Knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python
- Experience with API, integration, regression, and functional testing
- Knowledge of infrastructure and/or DevOps, including CI/CD, cloud, and containers
- Hands-on experience with continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Knowledge of Git and deployment workflows
- Experience with performance testing
- Experience working closely with SRE or DevOps teams
- Proactive and collaborative profile with strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree completed
