About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administration and further development of the Microsoft environment—from Microsoft 365 and Azure / Entra ID to Active Directory
Management and maintenance of Windows servers and virtualized system environments
Support for networking, firewalling, and VPN-related activities
Administration and support of Linux systems
Ensuring and further developing backup and recovery processes
Supporting security and monitoring activities, as well as analyzing central log data
Analyzing and systematically resolving technical issues, and documenting solutions and changes
Internal IT support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed IT education or degree (HTL, university, or university of applied sciences)
At least 1 year of professional experience in system administration
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and/or Active Directory
Knowledge of Windows Server
Solid understanding of networks and IT infrastructure
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong affinity for IT, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for working with new technologies
Very good German skills and practical working knowledge of English
