About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and conduct internal and external penetration tests
- Conduct web, API, application, and AI/LLM penetration testing
- Work on network, Active Directory, cloud, and OT security
- Perform vulnerability analysis, exploitation, and proof-of-concept (PoC) development
- Simulate privilege escalation, lateral movement, and credential access
- Conduct red-team and adversary-simulation exercises
- Perform purple teaming and analyze detection gaps in EDR, XDR, and SIEM solutions
- Conduct OSINT, phishing, and social-engineering simulations
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in penetration testing, offensive security, or red teaming
- Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, Active Directory, and cloud technologies
- Practical experience with manual vulnerability analysis and exploitation
- Understanding of modern attack techniques and attack chains
- Experience with common offensive-security tools
- Technical education or comparable practical qualifications
- Excellent German language skills
