About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Find and attract top talent for clients
- Use deep sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other sourcing strategies, to identify passive candidates
- Work with one client at a time and become deeply embedded in its culture
- Partner with top-tier stakeholders and help them understand the value of effective talent practices

Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of technical and Product recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience filling niche roles
- Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing skills
- Experience with Boolean search
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
