About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead interactive online sessions in a virtual classroom
Teach in-depth knowledge of payroll and salary administration
Provide instruction on legal fundamentals and technical implementation in payroll systems
Prepare content from a pedagogical perspective and incorporate real-world payroll cases and current legislative changes
Support participants and prepare them for examinations
Provide subject-matter feedback to optimize digital learning processes
Contribute to the continued development of teaching formats
Share knowledge within a collaborative team and help advance digital teaching

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in payroll administration
Very strong knowledge of tax and social security law
Proficiency with payroll software, such as DATEV, SAP, or Lexware
Ability to explain complex legal provisions and calculation processes clearly, systematically, and in a motivating manner
Proficiency with virtual classrooms and digital tools, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Appreciative and empathetic approach to work
Experience in adult education
Ideally, demonstrated teaching aptitude, such as an AEVO certificate / trainer qualification (AdA)
Excellent German language skills at C2 level are mandatory
