About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the electrical maintenance team to safely deliver reliable plant and infrastructure performance across the operation
- Ensure compliance with electrical statutory, regulatory and site requirements, including responsibilities as the site's appointed Electrical Supervisor
- Provide technical leadership across electrical, instrumentation, control and high-voltage systems
- Drive maintenance planning, resource allocation and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise reliability and operational performance
- Manage electrical maintenance budgets, forecasts and cost performance
- Oversee electrical incident investigations, statutory reporting and engagement with regulatory authorities
- Report to the Maintenance Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Electrical or Instrumentation Trade Qualification with an A Grade Electrical Workers Licence
- Demonstrated leadership experience in electrical maintenance within mining, processing, heavy industry or manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical statutory compliance, high-voltage systems and electrical safety management
- Experience with PLC, DCS and field instrumentation systems
- Proven ability to manage maintenance priorities, budgets and team performance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- Preferred to live or be willing to relocate to within 60 minutes of the Greenbushes Lithium Operation
