About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support maintenance, presentation and upkeep of company housing, property and village accommodation facilities
- Assist with maintenance, repairs and general property upkeep
- Support tradespeople with tools, equipment and materials
- Complete cleaning, housekeeping and accommodation presentation activities
- Carry out gardening, grounds maintenance and weed control tasks
- Report maintenance issues, defects and safety hazards
- Complete basic work records and checklists
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
- Work closely with tradespeople, operators and gardeners
Requirements
What you’ll need- experience in a maintenance, construction, gardening, facilities or similar hands-on environment
- ability to safely use tools and equipment and undertake physical work
- strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- good communication skills and a positive, reliable attitude
- ability to follow instructions and take pride in the quality of your work
- willingness to learn new skills and assist across a variety of tasks
- Resume and Cover Letter required
- preferred to live or be willing to relocate to within 60 minutes of the Greenbushes Lithium Operation
