About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support global consultants with candidate-focused executive searches
- Headhunt and attract C-suite and senior leadership talent
- Work alongside experienced consultants on live international searches
- Research markets, businesses, industries, and key players
- Identify and assess potential senior candidates
- Develop communication and headhunting skills
- Support multiple searches and meet tight deadlines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confidence speaking with senior leaders
- Strong attention to detail
- Persistence and diligence in research
- Ability to understand businesses, industries, and key players
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines across several live searches
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
- Keen to use AI tools to work smarter
- Ambitious, positive, mature can-do attitude
- Interest in building a career in recruitment
- Must work Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 CET
- Hybrid work availability in North Macedonia
