About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the scheduling of training for airplane and helicopter pilots following the aircraft sales process
- Monitor pilots’ progress and ensure that courses are completed within established deadlines
- Organize documents, collect information, and communicate with different departments across the company
- Assist with customer service by supporting customers throughout the sales process and ensuring their needs are properly addressed
- Maintain ongoing contact with the factory and Training Center, communicating in English
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Aviation, from the second semester onward
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Intermediate Excel skills
