About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in field setup upon arrival at the job site
- Accurately handle and position aluminum stencils for inlaid field markings
- Operate straight edges and tools used in turf alignment and installation
- Cut turf materials precisely using scissors and razor knives
- Install field markings and logos by embedding them into hot glue
- Inspect turf seams to ensure high-quality bonding and alignment
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project
- Support the final job site walk-through to ensure installation quality
- Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor or project manager
- Follow company safety protocols and report unsafe conditions
- Collaborate with team members to support project goals
- Participate in cross-functional duties and support colleagues when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in construction or field installation is preferred but not required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
- Clean criminal background required
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to travel frequently
- Ability to perform physical labor, precision cutting, and turf installation tasks
- Ability to travel regularly overnight to job sites
