About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate residential product claims with the TNA Claims team and Technical and Field Services Groups
- Analyze product-related issues and customer claims and prepare reports
- Enter and process claims data in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
- Retrieve invoice and purchase order information from the SAP ERP system
- Manage claims through investigation, documentation, disposition, and timely resolution
- Attach samples, photos, investigative documents, and correspondence to claim records
- Answer questions regarding residential products, installation, and maintenance
- Provide product and installation support to internal and external customers
- Generate technical correspondence and claims analysis and disposition information
- Report claim data and complaint trends to internal and external customers and management
- Facilitate technical product knowledge training
- Serve as primary contact for residential flooring claim issues
- Investigate complaints with Quality Assurance and communicate resolutions
- Identify improvement opportunities to reduce claims and enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with Research and Development, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, and Technical Services
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of related experience in the flooring industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous background in Technical Services and Claims Processing
- Previous Customer Experience background
- 5+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM System
- Experience retrieving invoice and purchase order information from SAP ERP System
- Knowledge of residential flooring product specifications, installation, and maintenance
- Ability to analyze claims data and product issues
- Ability to generate technical correspondence and claims reports
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Ability to work with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, Research and Development, and Technical Services teams
