About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned accounts and agency staff
  • Visit client locations throughout the pharmacy service area
  • Provide pharmacy service audits and training collaboratively and supportively
  • Document findings in the pharmacy CRM tool
  • Submit daily reports by email to designated pharmacy contacts
  • Understand pharmacy services and scope to communicate pharmacy processes effectively
  • Resolve complaints and grievances related to pharmacy services with the pharmacy team
  • Educate clients on pharmacy processes
  • Discuss ideas with pharmacy staff to meet consumer demands effectively
  • Participate in professional meetings, conferences, and sponsored events as requested
  • Manage complex client concerns and requests professionally
  • Support appropriate resolution and adequate follow-up
  • Assist with client onboarding and collaboration among clients, sales, and pharmacy teams
  • Serve as a liaison between pharmacy operations and agencies to ensure service consistency, client satisfaction, and retention

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), or experience in a related field, or equivalent years of experience, or minimum 3+ years as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP)
  • Working knowledge of or ability to learn pharmacy applications such as FrameWorkLTC, ECM, or DocuTrack preferred
  • Familiarity with electronic and paper medication administration records (MARs)
  • Reliable transportation and current clean driver's license
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Suite products
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced situations
  • Experience leading a team in a metrics-based environment
  • Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and verbal communications
  • High school diploma required; college experience is a plus
  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident; sponsorship is not available
