About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Initiate required job postings
  • Follow up with candidates and employees on required documentation
  • Coordinate 9A extensions, AEP, PWP, and 9G applications through accredited vendors
  • Work with employees and supervisors on visa renewals to ensure timely processing
  • Monitor expatriate progress and ensure visa renewals are processed on time
  • Work with the Bureau of Immigration as needed
  • Oversee and coordinate annual HMO and Life Insurance renewal processes with employees and vendors
  • Process employee and beneficiary enrollments and deletions
  • Manage employee benefits, including life and accident insurance, medical benefits, and government-mandated benefits
  • Perform other assigned tasks and special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of benefits and expatriate management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel or similar
  • Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Access or similar
  • Ability to interact effectively with all associate levels from hourly to senior leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent ability to organize work with high attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
