About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze client needs and develop tailored SAP solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Lead the implementation and management of SAP software solutions
- Oversee installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Guide teams in developing and executing SAP-based projects and confirm timely delivery
- Provide client training and support for SAP application integration and utilization
- Use Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to enhance SAP functionalities
- Collaborate with team leadership to maintain deliverable quality and timelines
- Coach and provide feedback to team members and foster continuous improvement
- Address and resolve conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
- Promote innovative SAP technologies including SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP NetWeaver
- Validate data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks
- Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities
- Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Motivate, develop, and inspire team members while managing performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- At least one SAP certification aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Advanced skills in SAP ABAP and SAP Fiori
- Experience utilizing SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver for business transformation
- Process improvement and optimization skills
- Ability to embrace technology and innovation in client engagements
- Mentoring and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze complex systems to identify opportunities for improvement
