Lead the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
Analyze client needs and develop tailored SAP configurations to meet strategic objectives
Oversee the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
Provide training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of SAP technology initiatives
Utilize SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance data-driven decision-making processes
Promote process improvement and optimization within SAP environments
Mentor team members to develop skills and encourage professional growth
Address and resolve conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders effectively
Uphold professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
Supervise and develop teams, drive client engagement workstreams, and deliver work meeting client service expectations
Own projects through planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
Identify opportunities contributing to the firm's success and embrace technology and innovation in delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 8 to 11 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
Utilizing strategic technology planning to drive business transformation
Embracing change and innovation in SAP technology implementations
Excelling in process improvement and optimization within SAP environments
Mentoring and coaching teams to enhance performance and deliver client value
