Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 10 to 15 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
Advanced skills in SAP ABAP and SAP Fiori
Experience utilizing SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver for business transformation
Strategic technology planning and process optimization skills
Experience leading teams through complex SAP implementations and transformations
Systems thinking to identify and solve underlying problems
