Lead strategic direction and business development efforts within Oracle technology consulting
Oversee installation, configuration, administration, and support of Oracle products and solutions
Drive business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into success
Shape client engagements and maintain executive-level client relations to maximize satisfaction
Mentor the next generation of leaders and foster a collaborative environment
Promote technological advances and create environments where people and technology thrive
Develop new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership
Solve complex problems by exploring multiple angles and using creativity
Balance long-term, short-term, detail-oriented, and big-picture thinking
Make strategic choices and drive change by addressing system-level enablers

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 14 to 20 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
Leading strategic technology planning and business transformation initiatives
Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle BI Publisher
Promoting innovation and embracing change in dynamic environments
Developing new ideas and solutions to drive thought leadership
Cultivating potential in others through mentoring and coaching
