About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a hands-on technical architect and bridge between Taurus engineering teams and clients’ technical teams
  • Work closely with customers and partners to provide creative solutions, deliver implementations, and offer resilient, high-quality services
  • Define requirements, brainstorm solutions, develop roadmaps, improve systems architecture, and design features with client stakeholders and end-users
  • Deliver technology services across the product offering lifecycle, including technical deployments, configurations, knowledge transfer, software upgrades, maintenance, and deprecation
  • Lead planning, installation, and integration of Taurus solutions in physical, virtual, or hybrid IT environments
  • Deliver advanced professional services, including product customization, integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting in customer environments
  • Maintain customer relationships, increase adoption, and ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Establish trusted customer relationships as a strategic advisor and support continued product and service value
  • Gather customer needs and requirements and advocate customer needs and issues across Taurus
  • Ensure knowledge transfer on Taurus products to partners and customers
  • Collaborate with engineering to resolve client issues and drive post-sales customer satisfaction
  • Organize and improve technical and user documentation for customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in integrating products in complex environments and organizations; financial services experience is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Technical Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Proven experience with corporate IT environments and frameworks such as virtualization, VDI, backup, and application management
  • Proven experience in DevOps build and testing processes, release management, and product lifecycle management
  • Strong knowledge of modern DevOps tooling: Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and Shell
  • Ability to deploy simple and complex solutions and integrate them into existing production environments
  • Knowledge/experience in database management (SQL) and software development, preferably in Go, Java, or Python
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Eager to learn and highly focused on targets and team results
  • Willingness to travel regularly to visit customers
