About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guide clients from kick-off through ongoing support across strategy, branding, marketing, and recruiting
Support status quo analyses of external communications, positioning, and internal employee satisfaction
Develop marketing and recruiting strategies together with colleagues
Implement strategies strategically, creatively, and communicatively in collaboration with specialist departments, for example on websites or through social media campaigns
Act as the direct point of contact for clients
Coordinate internal specialist departments, including Design, Editorial, Performance Marketing, and Video Production
Contribute to the strategic development of TaxIt Consulting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed university degree, ideally with a background in marketing, communications, business, or a similar field
Theoretical knowledge of project management
Initial experience in HR marketing, employer branding, or online marketing is preferred
Ability to work independently
Strong commitment to quality
Ownership mentality
Openness to new ideas and approaches
Willingness to make 1–2 business trips per month to clients throughout Germany
Ideally, professional experience in consulting firms, agencies, or corporate HR or HR marketing departments
