About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Tazapay sales teams to understand user requirements and communicate solutions to business and technical challenges
- Provide guidance from high-level architecture through code implementation
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for major customers' technical teams during integration
- Create technical documentation, diagrams, sample code, tests, and best-practice materials
- Improve products by collaborating with product teams to address customer feedback
- Build solutions directly when needed
- Develop proof-of-concept applications using Tazapay's API
- Present technical demonstrations
- Help customers maximize the value of their integrations
- Represent customer needs and influence the roadmap for platform products
- Act as a trusted business partner for strategic customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications
- Experience writing code and enthusiasm for learning new languages and technologies
- Background in a similar customer-facing engineering role, such as solutions architect, sales engineer, or partner engineer
- Familiarity with modern web applications and software architecture
- Experience working with demos and applications
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Interest in solving open-ended business problems using technology and creative thinking
- Experience in the sales lifecycle and driving outcomes in a customer-facing environment
- 5+ years of experience with a strong technical generalist and coding background
