About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide specialized financial and statistical analysis for marketing and execution activities
  • Conduct research and ongoing analysis
  • Prepare supporting documentation
  • Assist in due diligence efforts on transactions
  • Work in small deal teams on a wide range of transactions
  • Research, value, market, and structure transactions from initial client contact through closing

  • Perform advanced financial modeling in Excel
  • Contribute to external client proposals and internal underwriting memos

  • Adhere to Bank policies and guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics required
  • Series 79 and 63; ability to obtain after hire
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Interest and/or prior academic or work experience in finance strongly preferred
  • Strong academic performance
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Superior analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work as a demonstrated team player and interact with all levels of the organization
  • Common-sense approach to problem solving
  • Strong desire to learn
