About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and model exceptional customer service across branch areas
- Maintain optimal colleague scheduling to meet customer demands and compliance requirements
- Support advisory colleagues with customer complaint resolution
- Maintain professional, inviting, and compliant branch spaces
- Execute branch LEI and advice plans and objectives
- Coach advisory teams on advice strategies, products, services, and advice delivery
- Coordinate banking presence across One TD partners and channel customers appropriately
- Oversee complex daily branch administration, including investments and unsecured credit compliance
- Manage and develop the advice team
- Conduct coaching, feedback, performance reviews, performance management, and recognition
- Set, track, and address team performance objectives
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and conduct guidelines
- Share knowledge and communicate issues across teams
- Participate in recruitment and selection
- Promote a diverse, fair, and equitable workplace
- Lead day-to-day service and advice processes, transactions, and activities
- Monitor workflows, prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and resolve operational issues
- Make decisions regarding acceptable levels of risk
- Report generally to a Branch Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience
- Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course
- IFIC or CSC
- Advanced skills and expertise in a range of products and services, processes, procedures and systems
- Intermediate process management knowledge and solid understanding of business and operational functions
- Ability to manage a small team of service and advice professionals
- Ability to manage moderate-risk decisions and resolve moderately complex, non-standard issues
- Ability to work in compliance with TDBFG policies, procedures and guidelines
- Ability to provide support in Three Hills, Alberta as necessary
- Subject to provincial employment regulations in Canada
