About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support delivery of Enterprise risk reporting, monitoring and oversight activities for TDGF
- Monitor RAS threshold and limit reporting
- Support production, review and distribution of Risk Appetite reporting packs
- Collect inputs, perform quality checks, analyze variances and prepare management commentary
- Support Key Risk Indicator reporting and track metric movements and threshold breaches
- Maintain the Key Risk Indicator inventory and governance approval records
- Coordinate Risk Assurance Programme plans, fieldwork status, evidence requests and findings
- Prepare management information for Risk leadership, committees and stakeholders
- Follow up with data owners to resolve inconsistencies, gaps, late submissions and unclear explanations
- Maintain reporting calendars, action logs and governance artefacts
- Improve risk reporting processes through template simplification, automation, clearer ownership and better documentation
- Provide ongoing support to the TDGF Enterprise Risk Director and wider Enterprise Risk Function
- Contribute to ethical practices, reputational risk management and conduct risk identification
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience or capability to support Enterprise risk reporting, monitoring and oversight activities
- Ability to support Risk Appetite reporting and Key Risk Indicator reporting
- Ability to monitor thresholds, limits and breaches
- Ability to perform data collection, analysis, quality checks and variance analysis
- Ability to maintain governance inventories, records, calendars and action logs
- Ability to coordinate Risk Assurance Programme activities and track fieldwork, evidence requests and findings
- Ability to prepare clear, accurate and timely management information
- Ability to identify and escalate data quality issues, reporting gaps, overdue actions and threshold/limit breaches
- Compliance with applicable policies, legislation and regulations
- Ethical conduct and contribution to Conduct Risk and Reputational Risk management
