About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides analytical and project management support to corporate and business line strategic initiatives
Works independently with assistance/coaching from more senior levels
Coaches other team members within area of expertise as appropriate
Identifies, develops, and maintains linkages with business partners, including retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services, and North American business partners
Provides senior management with proactive reporting and analysis for corporate and business line initiatives
Works with line of business team members and resources
Resolves issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, internal departments, and outside contacts as necessary
Works cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes
Analyzes company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact financial results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree or progressive work experience in addition to 3+ years of related experience
3+ Years of related experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
Exceptional active listening skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects
Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred
Experience drafting TSYS requests preferred
Occasional domestic travel
Ability to perform sedentary work, multiple tasks, operate standard office equipment, concentrate for long periods, read/write/comprehend instructions, and perform basic arithmetic continuously
