About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides analytical and project management support to corporate and business line strategic initiatives
- Works independently while receiving assistance and coaching from more senior levels
- Coaches other team members within area of expertise as appropriate
- Identifies, develops, and maintains key linkages with business partners, including retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services, and North American business partners
- Provides senior management with proactive reporting and analysis for corporate and business line initiatives
- Works with line of business team members and resources
- Resolves issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, internal departments, and outside contacts
- Works cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes
- Analyzes company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact company financial results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
- 3+ Years of related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
- Exceptional active listening skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects
- Preferred: co-brand credit card experience (1-2 years)
- Preferred: JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint experience (1-2 years)
- Occasional domestic travel
- Ability to perform sedentary work continuously
- Ability to perform multiple tasks continuously
- Ability to operate standard office equipment continuously
- Ability to concentrate for long periods of time continuously
- Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions continuously
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide continuously
