About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support underwriting, portfolio management, and execution of commercial real estate financing transactions
- Conduct financial analysis
- Prepare credit submissions
- Monitor construction and land development projects
- Ensure adherence to the Bank's risk management and monitoring requirements
- Structure financing packages to meet clients' credit needs

Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate/undergraduate degree in business, or working towards one
- Undergraduate degree
- Proven analytical skills
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Mobility to Vancouver and Surrey is required
- Ability to complete on-site mentoring and classroom training
- Ability to work under provincial employment regulations in Canada
