About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reporting
- Analyze operational, governance, and support metrics to identify trends and insights
- Create executive-level presentations and management reports
- Translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights
- Maintain reporting accuracy, data quality, and consistency
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual processes
- Design and implement workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform
- Improve efficiency through controls, validations, notifications, and workflow optimization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across governance and operational functions
- Partner with technology, support, project, and business stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and governance reviews related to reporting
- Influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes without direct authority
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Act as a liaison between technology delivery teams, support teams, governance functions, and senior leadership
- Support operational effectiveness, governance practices, and decision-making through reporting and analytics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Governance, Technology Operations, Reporting, Process Improvement, or a related discipline
- Experience working within a large enterprise technology environment
- Proven experience supporting governance, operational readiness, or technology processes
- Experience developing executive-level reporting and presentations
- Advanced Power BI development and dashboard creation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables, Power Query, formulas, and data analysis
- Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation
- Experience working with data from multiple sources and performing data analysis
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar enterprise platforms
- Strong understanding of technology governance practices
- Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, issue management, or control activities
- Ability to document processes, procedures, and governance requirements
- Understanding of operational risk and control environments
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective
