About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Triage intake requests, assess impacts, document requirements, estimate effort, and communicate changes
  • Guide users through intake by clarifying business needs and identifying solutions with technology partners
  • Investigate user and data questions, analyze data, provide guidance, review data-access requests, and support access attestations
  • Communicate business-sponsored updates and provide operational and process-related guidance
  • Maintain business and technical metadata, the team’s SharePoint site, and documentation of events and issues
  • Identify process improvements and innovative technology solutions
  • Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing
  • Provide oversight and guidance in delivering technology requirements focused on quality, reusability, scalability, and innovation
  • Adhere to requirements management, technology delivery, and business technology architecture standards
  • Support change management, implementation, and post-implementation planning and activities
  • Support business cases, benefits identification, RFI/RFPs, and vendor service-level agreements as needed
  • Lead system requirements management for moderate- to high-complexity initiatives
  • Identify risks and impediments and lead resolution of complex issues
  • Lead identification, maintenance, and reporting of system-requirement traceability
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, cross-training, performance development, and team collaboration
  • Report to a Manager or Practice Lead

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Experience with SQL is a must
  • Basic knowledge of data governance
  • Understanding of Cloud environment and AI is an asset
  • Preference given to candidates with experience working in Agile, including Jira and Confluence
  • Sound to Advanced knowledge of system analysis processes and techniques
  • Sound to Advanced knowledge of supported systems and applications, including system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows, and business rules
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise technology delivery practices and standards, including design, development, testing, and delivery frameworks
  • Sound understanding of business support and business analysis
  • Ability to identify risks and impediments and lead problem resolution for complex issues
  • Ability to work under minimal guidance and supervision
