About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support customers through inbound and outbound calls
  • Deliver outstanding customer service using knowledge of TD products, services, and solutions
  • Resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact
  • Ask questions and respond empathetically to customer concerns
  • Provide advice based on customers’ total financial situations and needs
  • Meet customer experience, advice, quality, compliance, and productivity objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching
  • Complete five weeks of in-person training and onboarding
  • Work primarily offsite from a secure, private workspace
  • Attend in-person team events and experiences at a TD location

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service, credit, call center, or banking experience is an asset
  • Exceptional listening skills and curiosity to help customers meet their needs and resolve concerns
  • High professional manner, sound judgment, time-management, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems, applications, and multiple screens with speed and accuracy
  • Digital literacy across desktops, laptops, headsets, and other devices
  • Flexibility, resiliency, and a positive attitude when responding to challenging situations
  • Thorough knowledge of customer life cycle needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • French language is an asset
  • Availability to work 8am–9pm Monday–Friday and 9am–8pm Saturday
