About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Relationship Managers/Analysts and Account Managers with customers’ day-to-day needs and onboarding
  • Deliver legendary customer service and support profitable business growth
  • Facilitate customer requests through internal partners and ensure follow-up
  • Act as first point of contact for administrative questions, concerns, and credit administration matters
  • Identify, recommend, introduce, and refer appropriate banking partners and products
  • Support internal projects and assess impacts on customers’ businesses
  • Assist with credit applications, funding requests, documentation, financial statements, and accounts receivable lists
  • Upload customer reports and documentation into appropriate systems
  • Cross-sell products and services and refer customers to business partners
  • Facilitate investment requests
  • Prepare reminder, follow-up, and default letters
  • Partner with administrative support groups on credits, payments, and fund advances
  • Ensure compliant operation and sale of products and services
  • Participate in teamwork, knowledge transfer, training, coaching, and professional development
  • Keep stakeholders informed about request status and relevant day-to-day information
  • Report generally to a Lead CSO, MCC, or MCS

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school education required
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Expertise in account and credit administration activities
  • Advanced skills in defined products and processes
  • Knowledge of credit administration, customer service, and banking products/processes
  • Sound judgement and understanding of process, policy, risk, regulatory compliance, and operational risk
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and escalated matters
  • Ability to complete compliance and attestations within required timelines
  • Knowledge of Bank and Industry Codes of Conduct
