About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide analytical and project management support to corporate and business line strategic initiatives
- Work independently with assistance and coaching from more senior levels
- Coach other team members within area of expertise, as appropriate
- Identify, develop, and maintain linkages with business partners across retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services, and North American business partners
- Provide senior management with proactive reporting and analysis on corporate and business line initiatives
- Resolve issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, internal departments, and outside contacts
- Work cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes
- Analyze company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact company financial results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to the experience below
- 3+ years of related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Exceptional active listening skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects
