About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete business objectives established with leadership during the two-year Management Associate development program
- Provide specialized analytics, insights, research, and execution for projects and special initiatives
- Support TD’s AI visibility and manage content strategy for competitive presence among LLM platforms
- Continuously monitor and improve TD-owned properties for customer and LLM accessibility
- Help define and execute mid-funnel strategy across influential websites and platforms, including Reddit, YouTube, and affiliates
- Develop accurate, timely research and reporting with insightful commentary
- Conduct internal and external research and support presentations and communications for management and broader audiences
- Perform functional and organizational analysis; draw conclusions, make recommendations, and assess program and policy effectiveness
- Identify and implement process improvements to automate and streamline analysis and decision-making
- Represent the business on cross-functional working groups, projects, and forums
- Collaborate with business partners on strategic initiatives and liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Advise and present to senior management and influence decisions
- Participate in risk management, governance, compliance, and remediation activities
- Monitor service, productivity, efficiency, and continuous process improvements
- Participate as a team member, contribute thought leadership, share knowledge, mentor others, and develop internal and external relationships
- Invest in personal development and act as a brand ambassador for TD
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate Degree in a related field
- Recent (within the last 2 years) MBA graduate with a technically focused undergraduate degree (e.g., STEM), OR recent technically focused Master's graduate (e.g., Analytics, Innovation, Digital area) with a business undergraduate degree
- Current graduate student with studies in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, or related fields preferred
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- History of delivering strong results
- High aspirations and motivation for career progression to senior leadership roles
- Ability to conduct research, reporting, analysis, and presentations
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work with internal and external business partners and stakeholders
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and perform sedentary office work
- Occasional domestic travel; no international travel
